Plant Manager – New Brunswick – Relocation package available

Infinitek is excited to be hiring for a Plant Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent manufacturer of premium tissue products.

The selected individual will play a pivotal role in achieving key performance results for their plant. This position involves providing engineering and process solutions, overseeing engineering, maintenance, production, and support teams, and implementing strategies to elevate the site to world-class standards.

The Plant Manager will be stationed in Moncton area of New Brunswick and assume a permanent full-time position.

**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)

- 15+ years of progressive and senior leadership experience within a manufacturing facility

- Previous experience in converting paper tissue products is preferred

- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Visual Management, and 5S

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**

- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement, fostering an inclusive and welcoming culture

- Promote a positive safety culture, ensuring adherence to organizational safety standards and practices, and champion a continuous improvement and lean manufacturing environment

- Provide leadership and supervision, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with our company values and achieves plant operating objectives

- Drive engineering and manufacturing improvements across all facets of the facility

- Oversee the prioritization and progression of key initiatives, along with the development of goals, operational budgets, and processes

- Take accountability for operational and financial results compared to plan, addressing issues that may impact goal attainment

- Lead the site leadership team, facilitating collaboration and resource optimization for innovations and process improvements within the manufacturing group

- Ensure compliance with all Company standards, practices, and policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements and reporting.
