Service Leader Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The Opportunity The Service Leader is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized line, properly functioning line equipment, and maintains a positive customer experience. The role requires being on feet while clocked in unless on break. When not busy, Service Leaders should evaluate tasks and assist others. What You’ll Do Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served. Help to resolve food quality issues. Support food safety, ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist. Help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences. Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules. Develop and cross‑train all front‑of‑house crew. Assist with crew performance reviews. Develop future Service Leaders. Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork. Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary. Ensure proper quantity of supplies is available as needed. What You’ll Bring To The Table Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures. Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters. Familiarity with office paperwork. Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. High school diploma. Restaurant experience. Minimum open availability of four days per week, at least two of which must be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
