About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store to promote H&M products. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers relevant information, support and guidance. You’ll also manage garment refill and care, maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, and collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct service. Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store. Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop and support each other. Participate in available onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant to your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms. Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Upkeep and follow best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc). Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store. Motivated by giving customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented. Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to this role. Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
