Supported by the infrastructure of our acute stroke service from Kelowna, you’re part of a network that ensures top-tier care and seamless collaboration.

Terms Compensation

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service

Estimated Remuneration: As a full-time neurologist in Trail, you'll earn between $400,000-$550,000, based on a fee-for-service model.

Benefits and Incentives
  • Vacation Leave: With flexible scheduling, you'll have ample time to recharge and unwind.
  • Retention Premium: 11.48%
  • Retention Flat Fee: $17,790
  • Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 if moving within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 from outside Canada.
  • Recruitment Incentive: $15,000, prorated for physicians working less than full time.
  • Other Benefits/Incentives: With RCME, you’ll be eligible to receive $600 for up to 2 years in Trail, $3,600 during your 3rd and 4th year, and $6,600 after 4 years, in addition to the Doctors of BC CME funds.
