This role involves hands-on work in content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and digital marketing analytics. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and impactful results across all channels.This is a great opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketer who’s ready to grow and make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional media)Manage and update the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand and marketing goals.Create engaging content for web, social media, email, and print materialsWrite and edit articles, blogs, internal communication pieces and marketing content to support campaigns and strengthen brand presence.Coordinate marketing activities for events, trade shows, and conferencesMonitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to recommend improvementsAssist in managing Fonemed’s website and social media presenceConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisionsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materialsHelp ensure brand consistency across all marketing effortsSkills and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or professional servicesStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital platformsExperience with tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media ad platformsFamiliarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practicesExperience with design and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative mindsetWhy Work with UsWith over 20 years in the telehealth industry servicing clients across North America, Fonemed prides itself on providing outstanding client experience and practicing a culture of care in everything we do.
