Grading quality control:Develop, implement and oversee a framework and process for moderation and standardization of grading, analyze moderation data and propose and implement recommendations for improvement through individualized meetings, targeted professional development sessions, collaboration with school staff and/or the curriculum development team, etc.Monitor grading alignment and provide grader assessments to senior management for performance review.Work collaboratively with the curriculum development team to standardize structures of grading guides to improve efficiency and consistency of grading.Manage the updates and approvals of grading guidelines in conjunction with the curriculum team in response to collected grading data.Collaborate with leadership and the curriculum team to use data to create teacher and partner school support materials.2. Item Analysis:Develop a framework and process for item-analysis.Implement analysis for the following subject areas: English, Social Sciences and Business.Analyze large-scale curriculum assessments strategies using grades data.Work with the Technology team to create meaningful reports for recommendations to curriculum and operations3. Curriculum Support:Co-lead evaluation strategy and item renewal development, leveraging data and feedback from grading management and item analysis.Pilot new grading items with teaching staff.4.
