Millwright – 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) Flex‑N‑Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components. We are looking for a Millwright to install, repair, maintain, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment throughout the facility. Job Duties Maintain all machines and plant equipment, including stamping presses and assembly machines. Perform minor electrical repairs. Complete preventative maintenance of systems and machines. Weld as needed. Perform general mechanical and fabricating duties as assigned. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma. Must be a Red Seal‑Licensed Millwright or have 8 years of practical and general experience. Min. 1‑3 years working experience in Industrial Maintenance. Working knowledge of progressive and transfer die protection. Able to understand drawings, working sketches, and operating manuals. Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure.
