Marketing Automation & CRM Manager Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven and collaborative Marketing Automation & CRM Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation ecosystem. This role is central to enhancing the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention—through smart use of data, personalization, and automation. The ideal candidate brings marketing technology expertise, a strong understanding of consumer journeys, and experience building scalable, omnichannel communication programs. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize automated email and SMS journeys across the full customer lifecycle. Manage campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking within automation platforms. Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver dynamic, personalized messaging. Conduct A/B tests to continually improve engagement and conversion rates. Customer Data Management Build and maintain audience segments powered by behavioral, transactional, and demographic data. Partner with technical and analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow and governance. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Define and track key performance metrics related to automation, database health, and campaign ROI. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency. Build and oversee a structured testing and optimization roadmap. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Paid Media, Web, Commercial, and Operations teams to support seamless, omnichannel experiences. Support national and local marketing initiatives with data-driven targeting. Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on marketing automation and CRM best practices. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s is an asset). 6+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data-driven marketing. Experience managing or implementing CRM/CDP platforms is an asset. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Excellent understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping. Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., CASL, GDPR) and data compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
