OverviewTrinity Western University’s School of Business announces a full-time faculty position in accounting to begin in August 2026. We seek applicants with the ability to teach accounting in the undergraduate and MBA programs. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to engage in appropriate professional and scholarly activities, advise students, and carry out other faculty responsibilities.All qualified faculty will be expected to teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs based in Langley, BC, and may be required to teach occasionally on our other campuses in Canada and China. The School of Business provides faculty with many opportunities, nationally and internationally, to enhance knowledge, skills, abilities, and the integration of faith within specific business disciplines.More information about Trinity Western’s School of Business and its programs can be found here.QualificationsTWU seeks applications who are committed Christians and able to articulate the intersection of Christian faith and business, specifically related to their discipline.An earned doctorate, or ABD, in Accounting.Proven teaching excellence at a post-secondary institution; ability to interact with students as an academic advisor and mentor.Five years of industry experience in a management or consultant role is preferred.As a leader in global business education, TWU desires candidates with an in-depth understanding of the global marketplace.ResponsibilitiesTeach a broad range of Accounting courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.Engage with professional communities.Model genuine Christian faith in and beyond the classroom.Engage with students outside the classroom, including advising and informal academic and cultural activities.Explicitly integrate Christian faith with teaching and scholarship.Participate in university work, including serving on committees as needed.About TWU and CampusTrinity Western University is a global Christian university located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
