However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.Salary range (not limited to):74,800 - 91,400About the roleWe are looking for an IT Business Analyst II to join the Lab’s Acquisition team until the end of May 2027As a Business Analyst, you play a key role as an interpreter and facilitator with various business units, the development team, and the quality assurance team. You will be at the heart of a team that plays a pivotal role in optimizing our online sales and constantly strives to deliver the best insurance purchasing experience. At Intact, we rely on the best customer experiences as our uncompromising benchmark.What you\'ll do hereAnalyze business needs to define IT solutions.Lead/participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.Conduct impact analyses and effort estimates to recommend, obtain approval for, and document the IT solution using effective methods, interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.Support the development of solutions and the technical analyses performed.Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.Support the product manager in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.Document user stories in a way that is understood by developers and the quality assurance team.Identify and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in the business units through a train-the-trainer approach.Build and maintain robust, accurate, and accessible functional documentation for all stakeholders in the company.What you bring to the tableBachelor’s degree in a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 2 years of relevant experienceProject experience in Scrum modeExperience and knowledge in the insurance domain (an asset)Experience and knowledge of applications in a web environmentProficiency with JIRA and ConfluenceFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.LI-HybridCe poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe.
