Candidates with a background in F&I will be given special consideration, as this experience brings added value to our sales and leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them to success Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, review performance, and build team alignment Partner with the marketing department to develop sales strategies Maintain the highest standards of customer service and promote strong customer relationships Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership sales management role (RV industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered) Strong leadership and coaching skills Passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Professional appearance, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills Punctual, dependable, and results-driven.
