Sales Associate-Print & Services Staples Canada Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas by utilizing the selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals. Perform in-store print production and handle transactions using the POS system. Engage with and sell to all customers by offering tailored products and services using available tools and techniques. Fulfill steps required for intake or pick‑up of customer orders in Print, including filtering orders from the dashboard, phone, and counter. Ensure machines are stocked with paper, toners, and supplies; catalogue print orders; prioritize into appropriate service paths. Maintain merchandising and signage standards in and around print and cash areas. Learn and maintain all standards required in the Print and Services areas, including checklists, audits, and brand standardization. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
