Your work is an essential part of the care we provide for Albertans.The Team:We use a multidisciplinary team approach to care. You’ll work with Bone & Joint Surgeons and Specialists, Nurse Case Managers, a Rehabilitation Team, Medical Office Assistants, Administrative Staff, and Research Leads.The Role:The team lead takes responsibility for the clinical staff. This full-time on-site position works from 7:30 – 4:00, Monday to Friday.How You’ll Spend Your TimeOperational Leadership – 50% of your time is spent here:Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the clinicSupporting human resources and team developmentProviding proactive mentorship and staff supportOptimize workload and workflow managementFind consensus and apply best practiceFostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative cultureInnovation and Change Management - 25% of your time is spent here:Promoting Innovation and improving efficiencyIdentifying and introducing new processes, technologies and systemsEnsuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptionsPatient Engagement and Communications – 15% of your time is spent here:Delivering clear, transparent and consistent communicationsMaintaining the highest standards of patient careRespectfully handling challenging patient interactionsOther duties and projects as assigned – 10% of your time is spent here.Education/CertificationCompletion of a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare or related fields.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a Healthcare leadership roleHands-on healthcare experience in a similar-sized environment would be an assetExperience in orthopedic or a similar specialized medical environment3 Things To be successful as a Team Lead, ClinicalProactive and collaborativeCreative and solutions orientedDemonstrates dedication to exceptional patient careApply on Indeed.ca.
