This commitment to innovation and technology ensures we remain adaptable, training allied militaries to succeed against evolving threats.Top Aces’ dynamic team contributes to delivering on our purpose of training the next generation of combat leaders by living our values of Service, Integrity, Excellence, and Together every dayJoin our teamThe Transportation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to managing the day-to-day transportation and logistics in Montreal, as detailed below:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate the movement of Aircraft Parts and related equipment (Air & Ground)Request quotes from carriersProduce commercial invoices for shipments to US and OverseasTracking of incoming and outgoing shipmentsMonitor transportation invoicing and pricesInform of any transportation-related issues, damaged shipments, delays, high costsAssist with Critical and AOG (Aircraft on The Ground) shipmentsProvide assistance to the Supply Chain in transportation-related activities in areas such as Stock Transfers (STI’s), Purchase Orders/Repair Orders, Inventory, WarehousingPerform related duties as assigned by ManagerMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of work experience and/or education in Transportation and LogisticsExperience in the aerospace industry preferredExperience with AOG (Aircraft on The Ground) shipments an assetExperience with HS codesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsPositive, professional attitude and the ability to take initiativeStrong sense of urgency and ability to function in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of RAMCO and/or SharePoint, an assetDangerous Goods training, an assetAdvanced computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills including attention to detail and meeting deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and solutions-orientedAbility to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Safety, Teamwork, Focus, Innovation and IntegrityDemonstrates strong and visible support of our valuesSecurity Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:Position requires the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.By joining Top Aces, you will find:A work environment in which service, integrity, excellence and teamwork are highly valued;Opportunities for development and growth;Multidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration at a local and global level;Come share your passion with us Here, you’ll be encouraged, empowered, and challenged to be your best self.At Top Aces, all employees are welcome regardless of race, nationality, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or age.
