Known for its collaborative, client‑centered approach, our client combines multidisciplinary expertise in environmental permitting, data analytics, software development, and project management. What You’ll Do Lead the permitting process end‑to‑end, including strategic planning, risk management, task sequencing, and final submission. Prepare and submit complete application packages while reviewing baseline studies and management plans from internal teams and external consultants. Coordinate environmental baseline programs, field logistics, and post‑approval compliance scheduling and reporting. Manage information requests, maintain permitting trackers, and provide regular updates to leadership. Lead engagement and consultation with regulators, Indigenous governments, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Support proposal development, RFPs, budgeting, scheduling, and change requests. Assist U.S. colleagues on projects requiring NEPA, NPDES, and Section 404 permitting. What You’ll Bring Expertise in mining environmental permitting and regulatory frameworks. Strong organizational and project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and proposal writing. Excellent communication and leadership abilities for managing multi‑disciplinary teams and engaging with regulators and Indigenous partners. 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting and mining, with at least 5 years focused on mine‑site permitting and compliance. Familiarity with environmental studies, baseline programs, field logistics, and compliance for water, wetlands, and species considerations. Ability to work across diverse jurisdictions and support U.S. permitting frameworks when needed.
