Working on the Client Assist Team, you will help clients review policies and round out coverage through relevant products. Your responsibilities include upselling products and services, generating new business, facilitating policy changes, claims reporting, and advocacy. Acera Insurance serves personal and commercial clients nationwide with a Canadian perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client policies and obtain renewal dates
- Offer expertise on personal insurance products
- Round out policies through cross-selling activities
- Facilitate policy changes and claims reporting
- Generate business and advocate for clients
Requirements:
- Two or more years of related insurance experience
- Personal lines product and cross-selling knowledge
- Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to prioritize deadlines independently and within teams
