UI/UX Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver designs that enhance usability and engagement. Requirements User Research & Analysis Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to identify pain points and opportunities Benchmark design patterns and user experiences against industry standards and competitors Provide insights to guide design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction Design Strategy & Development Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business objectives Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical requirements Interaction Design & Visual Craft Design intuitive navigation flows and interactive elements that enhance usability Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout for visually appealing interfaces Ensure accessibility compliance and responsive design across devices Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs on time and within scope Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders Support development teams during implementation to maintain design integrity Continuous Improvement Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior designers Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Design or related field 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain platforms, with an understanding of complex financial workflows Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure seamless collaboration with developers Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles for inclusive user experiences Ability to create and maintain design systems for consistency across multiple products Experience with data visualization and designing interfaces for financial dashboards Motion design or micro-interaction expertise to enhance user engagement Understanding of security and compliance considerations in financial services UX Benefits Competitive Compensation Extended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Potential Equity or Stock Option Plan Training & Development Opportunities Bonus - Awards - Gifts Collaborative, fast-paced culture with a passionate team dedicated to shaping the future of crypto trading Modern offices with cutting-edge technology (or remote options for qualified candidates) Free bicycle parking and access to the building gym #J-18808-Ljbffr
