About the Role As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will build and maintain client relationships and deliver tailored financial advice. Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem‑solving skills. Act as a self‑starter, creating your own day and schedule. Provide strong planning and financial advice that helps clients reach their life goals. Leverage the RBC brand to build a client base of high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners. Create customized portfolios and wealth plans using RBC’s investment resources. Develop long‑term trusted, multi‑generational relationships through personalized service. Collaborate with RBC partners – Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance – to support clients’ financial lives. Qualifications 4–6 years of outbound sales experience and a willingness to earn 100% commission. Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or willing to complete it before your start date. Passion for financial planning and interest in portfolio management. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals. Nice to have Experience in a direct marketing role with demonstrated success in high‑value sales and business development. Completed CPH, PFP, CIM, and CFA certifications.
