We run innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, GLA:D Hip & Knee and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other in-house disciplines. We are looking for a Part-Time, enthusiastic Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to practice evidence-informed physiotherapy with a strong focus on active rehab. The role offers opportunities to collaborate on innovative programs, develop new health models and work with complex cases alongside leading physiatrists. Location: Momentum Health Deerfoot, 901 64 Avenue NE #5146 Calgary, AB T2E 7P4 Job Type: Part-Time Required Hours: Flexible Start Date: Flexible For more information visit: https://www.momentumhealth.ca/ What We Are Looking For A passion for pelvic health Willingness to grow your pelvic health caseload Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for pelvic problems Positive energy and passion about contributing to a collaborative work environment Exceptional communication with patients and team members Committed to an excellent patient experience Strong work ethic and self-motivated Professional and friendly demeanor The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications Degree in Physiotherapy Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the PACA Valid liability insurance Completed at least Level 2 Pelvic Health training Specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation: completed internal pelvic training courses in incontinence, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, pain management within a biopsychosocial framework, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain or willing to pursue training in these areas Being on Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice is an asset Strong interest and knowledge in Manual Therapy Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional development courses an asset What We Provide A collaborative and hard-working team.
