We service all makes and models of Class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles including luxury RVs while focusing on delighting customers through continuous team development. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across service, parts, and body shop departments. If you are a results‑driven leader with a passion for innovation and team empowerment, we want to hear from you. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management. Industry related experience including 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven ability to empower and engage diverse teams. Strong background in project management and data‑driven decision‑making. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in analytics tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. A reputation for delivering results and influencing positive change. Responsibilities Lead operational strategy to ensure efficiency and profitability across multiple departments. Support annual budgets and strategic objectives, monitoring performance to achieve business goals. Leverage data insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, HR, and administration—for seamless alignment. Develop service and pricing policies that enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness. Act as a persuasive communicator of company vision, inspiring teams at all levels. Oversee resolution of customer concerns promptly and professionally.
