This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high‑performing team. The Account Transfers Administrator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of both incoming and outgoing asset transfers using ATON and NON ATON. Key Responsibilities Process both incoming and outgoing asset transfers Review transfer documents and ensure completeness and accuracy Initiate and monitor asset transfers through ATON and manual processes Liaise with financial institutions to track transfer statuses Provide regular updates to clients on transfer progress Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations What Makes You a Fit 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy Effective communication and follow‑up skills Interested candidates may forward a resume to: hyamunarasan@deangroup.ca Ready to take the next step in your career?
