Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive client care outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient careProvides accurate, detailed, and timely documentationConducts initial and ongoing assessmentsPrepare specific care plan for each client after assessmentsDelegate tasks to HCAs for specific clientsPrepares, administers and appropriately documents actions taken specific to medicationsPerforms all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practiceFollows principles of infection control and Universal PrecautionsQualificationsCurrent certificate of competence and good standingCertified in CPRStrong clinical skillsNegative TB test or chest x-raySelf-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervisionExcellent customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
