Lifemark is proud to be part of the Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw, where we are creating a connected, patient‑first ecosystem that brings quality care to more Canadians, every day. Our vision is to create a future where interdisciplinary healthcare providers are part of a primary care ecosystem that makes it easier for Canadians to receive the treatments they need, when they need it. Lifemark Seniors Wellness is one of the largest rehabilitation‑focused companies dedicated to providing therapy solutions for seniors. With over 30 years of experience, we are a preferred partner of more than 185 LTC homes, 55 retirement communities and 180+ seniors’ dwellings. Your impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem‑solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top‑quality, patient‑centered care. In this role, you will: Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies. Are you the right fit? We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include: Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorization is mandatory. A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months). Proof of Tuberculin (2‑Step Mantoux Test) clearance. Working at Lifemark We believe that when our team members thrive, our patients feel the difference We’re committed to empowering you to build a fulfilling career, providing the support you need to explore your interests and create your own path. Wherever you are in your career, Lifemark offers the support you need to succeed. You can develop your clinical skills and entrepreneurial spirit through collaboration and mentorship from a network of industry leaders, expand into specialized areas, or advance into leadership positions. Here’s what you can expect: High earning potential with support to build a caseload based on your clinical interests. $1500 annual learning and development allowance (based on employment status). Team culture that values collaboration, learning, and shared success. Centralized support so you can focus on care, not administration. Professional support includes: Robust onboarding and supervised new‑grad program. Ongoing mentorship to support clinical skills development. Support for specialized services including pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation – areas known for high career satisfaction due to their profound patient impact. Opportunities for management roles, including Clinic Director and Regional Manager positions. Job mobility, with relocation options across a national network. Here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process: Step 1: Connect with Our Talent Acquisition Specialist: Your journey begins with a personalized phone conversation. You’ll learn about Lifemark’s vision for the future of healthcare in Canada, our core values, and the exciting opportunities that align with your interests. This is your opportunity to get a feel for the clinic environment, the types of clients we serve, and the expertise we value. You’ll also gain insight into the team culture and leadership style that makes Lifemark unique.
