Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Plan the re-organization of operations. Oversee development of communication strategies. Manage knowledge. Offer mentoring. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Participate in staff meetings. Coordinate the revision of programs. Coordinate projects and programs.
