PositionWe’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CRO, and take accountability for the delivery of the Croesus go-to-market strategy. The Director of Revenue Operations will own the systems, processes, and analytics that enable accelerated revenue growth and enhanced sales performance, and will drive alignment across functions including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. Main Responsibilities Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning: Collaborate with the CRO and cross‑functional leaders to define and execute GTM strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Segment target markets, identify key customers, develop account‑based strategies for execution across the Sales and Marketing teams, align execution of campaigns and sales enablement efforts with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and monitor GTM performance, analyze pipeline data, and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes. Lead Sales Enablement Initiatives: Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver sales enablement programs that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and process adoption. Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and collateral to support the sales team throughout the buyer’s journey, and ensure effective rollout and adoption of enablement tools and platforms, driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness. Sales Productivity: Define, design, and create systems to measure and improve sales productivity. Assess and streamline sales processes and strategies and work with the CRO and VP sales to assign quotas, balance territories, and enhance pipeline management. Technology Leadership: Design and administer the organization’s CRM (SFDC) and identify and implement solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and revenue growth, ensuring adoption across the team. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Oversee sales analytics and reporting on performance, providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline, achievement, and performance reports, and monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and financial reports, and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Commercial Management: Lead the analysis and definition of new pricing strategies for the organization, in alignment with market and client needs and evolving Croesus capabilities. Sales Compensation: Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources to define, distribute, and manage sales compensation programs to align financial targets with meaningful sales incentives. Reporting to : Chief Revenue Officer Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Broad hands‑on experience (12+ years) leading and scaling sales operations functions in high‑growth SaaS businesses. Familiarity with the wealth and asset management sector is a strong asset. Demonstrated expertise in strategic GTM planning and execution within an enterprise sales environment including segmentation, targeting, and cross‑functional alignment. Proven experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs that deliver measurable results. Deep expertise in sales automation and CRM systems (SFDC). Proven track record in building and developing opportunity management and forecasting processes to accelerate revenue growth and improve revenue predictability. Prior experience in strategic pricing management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Leadership and ability to positively influence. Customer focus. Sense of service.
