Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across multiple projects. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.Skills and Requirements4+ years of experience in QA or UAT testing roles.Experience with SQL, building queries.Previous experience executing UAT test cases or strong knowledge of UAT processes.Basic understanding of database migration (Oracle or Hive preferred).Experience writing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and results reports.Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and recommend improvements.Familiarity with SDLC, application architecture, and multiple IT platforms.Experience with data conversion, mapping, and integrity validation.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the financial services industry.Exposure to testing data and data-driven QA environments.Project management experience, especially in coordinating testing timelines and reporting.Python Experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
