OverviewAt KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.As a Senior Manager in our Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) team within Advisory Risk Services, you will be responsible for overseeing internal audit engagements for clients across both the private and public sector including Crown corporations and regulated industries. In this role, you will lead complex projects, guide teams, and contribute to strategic growth while helping clients strengthen governance, internal audit, manage risk, and improve performance.What You Will DoOversee and own the planning, execution and delivery of various GRCS engagements with a focus on internal audit and enterprise risk managementLead large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teamsDevelop and review risk assessments and audit strategies tailored to client needsPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and audit committeesMentor and coach team members to support their development and performanceBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key client decision-makersIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand services and support business growthCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field8 or more years of experience in internal audit, risk or complianceProven success leading internal audit engagements at a senior levelExperience working across industries and sectors including private, public and/or regulated organizationsDeep understanding of governance, risk and accountability frameworksProfessional designation such as CPA, CIA or CRMAStrong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProviding you with the support you need to be at your bestAt KPMG, we are committed to fostering an inclusive recruitment process where all candidates can be themselves and excel.
