We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive accounting professional to oversee financial operations across our portfolio of real estate and businesses. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience managing multi‑entity financials. Responsibilities Analyze financial data across all operations to provide insights and recommendations that support efficient and profitable performance. Monitor all sales, purchases, and expenses across the portfolio to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare, review, and present monthly and quarterly operational reports to management. Develop and maintain forecasts and budgets on an annual, revised annual, and monthly basis. Oversee and review all contracts, leases, and legal agreements. Establish, maintain, and audit robust internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, inventories, and property equipment management. Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual) with appropriate notes, in accordance with accounting standards and company requirements. Compile detailed year‑end working papers for audit or review purposes. Review and approve all capital expenditure requests in line with company policy. Ensure efficient completion of accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and cashiering functions across all properties. Ensure that accounting adjustments are properly processed and authorized. Maintain organized financial records for quick access and orderly workflow. Manage cash flow and asset management in accordance with company procedures and standards. Verify and reconcile daily cash and credit card deposits against property systems and bank records. Review and enforce full implementation of all accounting, cash handling, and internal control policies. Perform other finance‑related duties and special projects as assigned.
