Private Trust Client Service Associate – Indigenous Trust Location: London, Ontario, Canada Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: $52,700 – $74,400 CAD TD Private Trust, part of TD Wealth Private Wealth Management, provides a full range of trust services to clients, including individuals, corporations, First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and charitable entities. Our focus is on long‑term relationship building, protecting assets, and responsible administration of financial plans. We are seeking a Private Client Services Associate – Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) to support trust officers and provide administrative, analytical and service support for Indigenous clients. Responsibilities Support a designated relationship manager in meeting service commitments to Private Trust ITS clients through personable communication and correspondence. Maintain client profiles, account‑specific documents and client contact routines for all clients and support relationship managers. Ensure accurate, organized and efficient service to external clients and internal colleagues, reflecting TD’s high standards and guiding principles. Efficiently handle and promptly respond to all incoming calls, questions and requests and direct to the appropriate person or area. Continuously improve professional knowledge and stay current on trends, developments, tools and techniques. Work autonomously and provide specialized skills in a moderate to high complexity environment; collaborate cross‑functionally when required. Assist team members and keep others informed and up to date. Requirements Undergraduate degree. Working toward or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Working toward or fulfillment of TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, confidentially and independently; follow instructions and build relationships.
