Director of Machine Learning at Narvar

Lead Narvar's machine learning systems for identity and fraud resolution. This remote role focuses on strategy, team building, and delivering intelligent solutions in post-purchase commerce. As the Director of Machine Learning, you will oversee the ML organization responsible for pivotal systems like Graphite and IRIS. Your leadership will involve building a high-performing, globally distributed team, defining technical standards for model development and monitoring, and ensuring model performance metrics are met. Key Responsibilities
• Own the machine learning strategy for identity and fraud detection
• Build and lead senior ML engineering teams globally

Requirements:
• 12+ years engineering, with 5+ in ML team management

• Experience in building ML systems making automated decisions
