They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their teamWhy Work HerePrivate equity backed company in active growth and M&A modeHigh exposure role working directly with the Controller and leadership teamBroad scope across reporting, consolidations, tax and operationsExcellent role for a public practice trained CPA who wants to step into industry and gain ownershipFast paced, entrepreneurial environment with real impact and visibilityAbout the OpportunityPrepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts and analyzing discrepancies.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Perform financial and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial expertise and support for various projects and initiatives.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors during the audit process.Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.About YouMinimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level accounting role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
