All services provided must be consistent with the philosophy, approach, goals and learning environment established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care.The primary responsibility of this position is to complete all District Children’s Mental Health referrals using Agency and Ministry documentation.Extensive travel throughout the District of Thunder Bay will be required.SalarySalary: $26.48-$33.54 hourlyQualifications and RequirementsA minimum two-year Human Services Diploma is required.
