OverviewA career at National Bank means having a direct impact on clients. As a Mortgage Development Manager, you’ll help Personal Banking clients with an important life project: buying a home. You’ll interact with internal National Bank partners and external partners in the real estate industry to develop your client base and identify residential financing strategies that fit their needs.Your jobHelp clients develop residential financing strategies for purchase, mortgage pre-approval and external refinancing transactionsIdentify clients' financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needsEstablish and maintain a lasting relationship with external real estate partners (e.g., realtors and builders) by keeping them up to date on the solutions we offerCommunicate and work closely with internal partners to take charge of or refer clients and increase client retentionOrganize and/or participate in business development activities and eventsRigorously apply the established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followedContinuously develop and update your knowledge of National Bank mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage marketYour teamYou’ll report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team.
