If you're excited to shape the future, contribute to an energetic company culture, and work at the cutting edge of blockchain technology, we want you to join our team and help us lead the charge About the opportunity We are looking for a self‑driven, proactive and curious Accountant to take on a diverse and evolving role covering a wide range of responsibilities within crypto operations at Figment: from day‑to‑day subledger updates, wallet reconciliations and monthly close schedules to protocol specific accounting research and inter‑departmental projects. How you will make an impact Assist outsourced crypto team with revenue and on chain transactions questions and reconciliations; retrieve on chain data for analysis, reconciliations and reporting Assist with month end schedules and monthly analytics files Day‑to‑day ad‑hoc crypto accounting tasks and projects Assist with revenue and digital asset accounting memos and process documentations Assist with audit prep and process improvements What you bring to the team CPA, 4+ years of practical accounting experience The ability to take initiative and work with quick turnaround times & deadlines Experience working with a heavy volume of data from multiple sources, solid Excel and Google Sheets skills Keen attention to detail, solid organizational skills and ability to collaborate and prioritize tasks in a remote fast‑paced environment Strong interest in the crypto ecosystem NetSuite or similar ERP experience is an asset Familiarity with navigating etherscan and/or other type of block explorers (Aptos, Solana, etc) and crypto accounting platforms (Bitwave, Cointracker, Tres, Cryptio, etc) is a plus Teams you’ll collaborate with most often In addition to collaborating with other Accounting team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Data Science, Customer Service and Protocol Intelligence teams. Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD$90,000 - $110,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job‑related skills, relevant education, and training.
