In this crucial role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Autonomous Production Team, focusing on improving project outcomes and facilitating effective communication. Your leadership will guide critical change management activities and support multi-disciplinary teams in achieving high performance. You’ll also create integrated plans while managing risks in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as strategic partner for project performance metrics • Deliver analyses to support operational decisions • Direct stakeholder communication and engagement • Collaborate to develop continuous improvement initiatives • Manage integrated project plans and governance
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or similar • At least 8 years of project management experience • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and planning capabilities • Bilingual (French and English) skills required
