Temporary Associate Job Title: Senior Sales Associate Primary Purpose: Leverage retail proficiency to deliver an exceptional Kate Spade experience, achieving personal sales goals while fostering customer connections. Client & Service Expert Develop strong product knowledge across all categories. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience. Create a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills. Leadership Presence Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain extensive product knowledge. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and drive business events. Building Brand Equity Communicate Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers. Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador. Elevate client service and sales through feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence Perform store opening and closing procedures, including register cash count, bank deposits, and facility security. Key Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style. Available to work store schedule, evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.
