Business Analyst, Product (wealth management) Join Croesus, a leading digital transformation provider in the wealth management industry, as a Business Analyst on our Products team. You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to understand user needs, define requirements, and design solutions that enhance portfolio management capabilities. Position We are seeking an experienced professional who can translate complex user needs into clear, testable user stories and ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives. The role involves close collaboration with agile teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, robust portfolio management solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analyses of user needs, particularly for complex features or those requiring market expertise. Identify real needs by asking questions to understand the issue or opportunity, what we want to achieve, and why. Partner with Product Owners to translate user needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria. Participate actively in refinement sessions, clarify user stories, and answer questions. Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure the solution delivers added value to customers. Ensure solution quality through involvement in testing cycles. Align with the Product Leader and Product Owners to maintain a shared understanding of requirements and objectives. Assess feasibility and operational impact of proposed solutions. Ensure proposed solutions align with the product vision. Produce clear documentation of user requirements, user stories, and decisions for traceability. Provide market expertise, particularly in portfolio management, through research and competitive analysis. Contribute to product strategy definition. Requirements The working language is French, and a perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory. Education and Experience Hold a university degree in finance, computer science, or a related field. Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in an Agile environment. Knowledge of database environments (SQL) is an asset. Have experience in portfolio management. Skills Strong understanding of finance. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. Ability to model business and technology solutions that are tailored and optimized. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Understanding of Agile principles and practices.
