How does the role impact the organization? Raymond James Correspondent Services, a division of Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Correspondent Services Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key contributor to the Raymond James Correspondent Services (RJCS) team you will manage the service relationship with existing Custody and Introducer clients and assist in the transition of new clients to the firm. Reporting to the Client Experience Manager RJCS, you will contribute to the ongoing growth and development of a highly effective and efficient team. As first-class client service is the top priority, this position requires an ability to work in a unique pressure-oriented environment where inherent processing and regulatory rules and deadlines require very strong problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.What will your role be responsible for?As a key point of first contact for our Correspondent clients, respond to inquiries regarding RJCS business processes, regulatory issues, troubleshooting, and general service matters.Liaise with third-party vendors to manage external services as required to meet client needs and department objectives.Take a lead role in new client transitions, using the Raymond James Project Management methodology.Train all clients on new procedures or products.Understand and monitor financial models and assist in various monthly calculations for billing purposes.Monitor client related control accounts and review client bulk trading and allocation processing.Assist with the completion of the annual 3416 control audit.Assist with the implementation of projects.What can you expect from us?Our most important investment is in people.
