We work with proactive clients who understand theimportance of having exceptional staff.PartnerStaffing on behalf of our Client, Ourclient is seeking an experienced Bridge ProjectManager for their Calgary office to lead the planning, design, and delivery of bridge and transportationstructures projects across municipal, county, provincial, and private-sectorclients.This roleis ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys managing complexinfrastructure projects, mentoring teams, and working collaboratively acrossdisciplines while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage bridge andtransportation structures projects from concept through detailed design,tender, and construction supportAct as Project Managerand/or Project Engineer of Record, as appropriateManage project scope,schedule, budget, risk, and quality controlCoordinate multidisciplinaryteams including civil, geotechnical, environmental, and constructionservicesServe as the primary pointof contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholdersOversee the preparation andreview of engineering drawings, technical reports, and contract documentsSupport proposaldevelopment, fee estimates, and business development initiativesProvide mentorship andtechnical guidance to junior and intermediate engineersLiaise with regulatoryauthorities and ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and nationaldesign standardsParticipate inconstruction-phase services including site reviews, RFIs, and changemanagementQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civilor Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer(P.Eng.) registered in Alberta (or eligible for registration)7+ years of progressiveexperience in bridge and transportation structures engineeringProven experience managingprojects for municipal, county, provincial, and/or private clientsStrong working knowledge of CSAS6, Alberta Transportation, and municipal design standardsExperience with bridge typesincluding concrete, steel, timber, and rehabilitation projectsProficiency with industrysoftware such as SAP2000, MIDAS, LARSA, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3DDemonstrated leadership,communication, and client management skillsPartnerStaffing is Bringing Talent to Business.
