Whatever your interest, we have something for you Allied Health Transition to Practice Mentorship Program Our Allied Health Transition to Practice Mentorship Program is designed to support and guide new graduates as they embark on their careers with Interior Health. This program provides you with a unique opportunity to build knowledge, confidence, and competence as you transition into your new career.
