As an integral part of their organisation, you will assume the role of a dedicated expert, specialising in the realms of virtualization and the automation of the data centre infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of tasks, where your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning and optimization of our data center operations. From the implementation of cutting-edge virtualization technologies to spearheading automation initiatives, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of their infrastructure.

As the go-to person for all things virtualization, you will be entrusted with the design, deployment, and management of virtualized environments. Your proficiency will extend to orchestrating automated processes, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the overall innovation and advancement of the data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Virtualization Expertise: Spearheaded the administration and optimization of our data centre virtualization infrastructure, with proficiency in vSphere, Tanzu/K8S, NSX-T, and related technologies.
  • Storage and Backup Management: Oversee storage solutions and backup technologies to ensure data integrity, availability, and efficient recovery processes.
  • Automation Prowess: Leverage automation skills to streamline sysadmin tasks, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing manual intervention.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in data centre virtualization, NSX-T, and related technologies.
  • Strong automation skills (Python ideally)
  • German speaking (C1)

Salary:

  • €75,000 gross per year
