* **Flexible** work arrangements and a **hybrid** work model* Possibility to purchase up to **5 extra days off** per year* Multiple benefits offered to support **physical and mental** wellbeing, including telemedicine, Wellness account and much more* Share plan & other savings: up to **12%** of salary or even more (ask how you could earn guaranteed income for life)Nous sommes à la recherche un(e) expert.e en sinistre interne – Responsabilité Civilepour notre équipe grandissanteÀ titre **d’expert.e en sinistre interne en responsabilité civile**, vous devrez assister le client au téléphone dans le cadre de sa réclamation en responsabilité civile majoritairement dans des dossiers de dommages matériels de tout genre (pour ne nommer que des exemples, dans des dossiers de collision impliquant des véhicules de déneigement, des dégâts d’eau, des travaux d’entrepreneurs, des contrats d’entreposages) et dont le potentiel est en moyenne de 50 000$ et moins. * Détenir un certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A.* Détenir un diplôme collégial et/ou formation équivalente et/ou jugée pertinente.* Expérience d’expert en sinistre (6 mois à 1 an) ayant touché à quelques dossiers de responsabilité civile (un atout).* Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.* Être orienté vers le client.* Être bien à l’aise de gérer du volume.* Apprendre rapidement.* Communiquer efficacement et simplifier le parcours de la réclamation pour le client.* Sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse.* Curiosité intellectuelle.* Savoir planifier, organiser et établir une stratégie.* Adaptabilité.* Savoir négocier.* Dynamisme, autonomie, efficacité et esprit d’équipe.
