Career Opportunity Physiotherapist – Primary Health Care Team (Full‑Time, 35 hours per week) Location Prince George, BC and surrounding Carrier and Sekani communities (including Takla Landing, Yekooche, and other accessible sites). Pay & Total Rewards Base Pay Range: CA$46.69/hr – CA$60.47/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience). The target hiring range is $46.69 to $60.47 per hour, with placement dependent on experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Total Rewards: Base salary plus a generous benefits package that includes flexible time‑off options, a Municipal Pension Plan (defined benefit with employer contribution of 9.31% after eligibility period), and extended health and dental benefits. Responsibilities Assess the client’s physical status, functional abilities, needs, and goals using an evidence‑based approach. Develop an evidence‑based, outcome‑focused intervention strategy, discussing the analysis with the client and relevant care providers. Provide assessment, treatment planning, consultation, education, and programming for patients and caregivers. Monitor each client’s health to improve, maintain, and support physical performance. Evaluate and document the effectiveness of interventions through ongoing assessment and monitoring of client responses, comparing changes in health status, function, and physical performance against predetermined goals and outcomes. Offer flexible scheduling to promote work‑life balance, working across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics. Qualifications Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Eligibility for membership with the Physiotherapy Association of BC.
