Predictable, steady schedule - Enjoy a consistent work routine with scheduled shifts set in advance Employee benefits – We support your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and other coverage options.What You’ll DoAccurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards.Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations.Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset.What We’re Looking ForLicensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing.Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential.Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills.What we offer/ BenefitsComprehensive benefit packageCasual dressCompany eventsOn-site parkingOur commitment to an inclusive team culture means embracing diversity and offering equitable access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded.
