Join our energetic and talented team and be an instrumental part of our exciting journeyRole OverviewWe’re looking for a high-impact Head of Development to lead and scale the technical foundation of GameRebellion. GameRebellion is our soon-to-be-launched B2B SaaS platform for game marketing and analytics. Reporting to the CEO of GameAddik, you’ll own the development of our platform infrastructure and guide our engineering teams as we evolve our SaaS product.In this role, you’ll operate as the senior technical authority for the organization shaping our architecture vision, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring the platform is built for scale, stability, and rapid delivery. You’ll form a strategic leadership trio with our Head of Research and Head of Product, working together to turn our long-term product vision into a reliable, scalable, and innovative platform. If you thrive on building scalable architecture, growing high-performing teams, and making strategic technical decisions that shape the future of the business, we want to meet you.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & StrategyCollaborate with the CTPO of GameAddik on strategic direction.Define the long-term architectural direction of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Establish engineering standards, best practices, and a high-quality technical culture across all teams.Lead the development and evolution of GameRebellion’s platform infrastructure, including account management, billing, campaign management, and ad network integrations.Own the design and implementation of core platform architecture within the GR Stack.Ensure robust security, compliance, and reliability frameworks across the platform.Lead and mentor engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), developing future leaders within the organization.Plan, recruit, and evaluate technical roles in collaboration with the HR Manager.Drive effective delivery processes that balance rapid iteration with platform stability.Handle adhoc developer tasks as needed.Cross-Functional CollaborationForm a strategic partnership with the Head of Research and Head of Product to align technology, research, and product roadmaps.Collaborate with the Information & Stack team on data foundation and integration requirements.Help translate business goals into technical strategy and execution plans.Requirements8-10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in senior technical leadership (Head of Development, Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, or equivalent) with a proven track record of success in commercialization.Demonstrated ability to architect and scale SaaS platforms or analytics systems.Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, microservices, platform design, and AI development tools.Proven experience leading technical teams and making high-impact technology decisions.Strong background in ad tech, campaign management, or marketing technology platforms.Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding senior developers and multi-team initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Nice-to-HaveExperience in gaming, attribution analytics, or performance marketing.Strong understanding of ad network integrations, programmatic advertising, or optimization systems.Experience with AWS cloud services, data lakes, and real-time processing pipelines.Knowledge of Python, Django, and modern full-stack development.Experience scaling technology organizations from startup to growth-stage.Familiarity with enterprise-grade systems such as billing and account management.Fluent in written and spoken French.What We OfferHybrid Work: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.Inclusive Culture & Team Events: Thrive in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere & participate in fun and impactful team-building activities.Wellness Program: Benefit from Health, Vision & Dental Insurance, Travel Insurance, and Life Insurance.On-Site Gym: Stay active with our on-site gym.Other Perks: Unlimited free drinks and snacks.Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
