As we continue to grow, Ambo Properties is seeking a Maintenance Lead Position, EPA certified to join our team at Abby Court Apartments and ensure that our apartment units are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. Position Overview The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units. Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues. Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly. Additional General Maintenance Repairs (as needed) – Carpentry, painting etc. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED (required) HVAC Certification (Valid) 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred) Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines Physical Demands Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave Opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training A dynamic and supportive work environment with growth potential If you’re looking for a rewarding position where you can make a real difference and be part of a team that feels like home, we’d love to hear from you Apply today to join our team at Ambo Properties Text to Apply at 806.515.3399 Code: HVAC #J-18808-Ljbffr
