This one-year position will enable you to provide critical leadership for housing transformation efforts. You'll collaborate with Housing Leadership and corporate services to complete successful programme implementations while developing business cases and improvement plans. Your role will facilitate effective stakeholder management and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee a portfolio of housing transformation and redesign projects • Develop and track comprehensive project and implementation plans • Manage housing programme dependencies and key milestones • Produce detailed business cases for service improvement initiatives • Identify and implement opportunities for operational effectiveness
Requirements: • Experience in leadership roles within housing operations • Strong change and project management capabilities • Excellent skills in stakeholder coordination and project governance • Proven track record in managing service delivery transformations • Capacity to address project risks and monitor progress
