Key Responsibilities Design and automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployment on AWS to support business-critical solutions. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently. Develop infrastructure‑as‑code using modern tools to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistent configuration management across environments. Architect secure and resilient network solutions that support business continuity and disaster recovery objectives. Collaborate with engineering teams across functions and regions to improve development processes and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation. Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture design. Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code tools, containerization platforms, and configuration management. Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments. Preferred Qualifications AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate or Professional). Experience with serverless computing and modern programming languages such as Python or Java. Background in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries. The base pay range for this role is $86,000 - $118,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
