What You’ll Do Lead electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades with precision, ensuring systems meet the highest standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, identifying repair or replacement needs. Collaborate with skilled trades to support a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. Drive profitability through efficient, high‑quality work and exceptional problem‑solving. Maintain and upgrade electrical systems, reading schematics and prints with ease. Participate in a rotating on‑call service schedule, delivering reliable support when it matters most. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial service. Leadership: run projects of all sizes with confidence and efficiency. Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in reading schematics and prints. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair; commercial kitchen service experience preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Personal hand tools and readiness to join a rotating on‑call schedule. Background in industrial, office, warehouse, and commercial kitchen environments preferred. Physical ability: climb ladders, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and stand for extended periods. Commitment to safety equipment and protocols. Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass background check. Work Environment Work indoors in climate‑controlled spaces or outdoors in varying conditions.
