Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions. Project Details Local candidates preferred 4-month term from December 2025 to March 2026 Based out of our office in High Level Core Accountabilities General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications. Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client. Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project. Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs. Qualifications 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset. Experience with document control Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
